Hi friends,
        The hospitality team gives you a warm welcome on behalf of the organizing committee of Matrix'13. Our sole purpose is to provide a pleasant atmosphere for you and make your short stay more memorable. With this in mind the hospitality team promises to render your assistance from the moment you set foot in KCT. Before you register for hospitality requirements, please read this page carefully

REGISTRATION

1. 1.Fill in the Registration form Provided below
2. 2.While filling the registration form, read the instructions carefully and make sure that the information you have provided are genuine.
3. 3.You will receive a mail confirming for hospitality within two days of your proposal.
4. 4.This mail confirms that you will be provided accommodation in KCT during    the course of this event
5. 5.On receiving the confirmation mail, you have to confirm your arrival date to hospitality@matrix13.com
6. 6.Once you arrive at KCT, register at the hospitality desk.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. 1.All participants should have their college id cards in their possession and should provide them when requested
2. 2.The hospitality registration is separate from the registration for events
3. 3.Rooms will be provided in sharing basis only. Requests for individual rooms and any other complaints will not be entertained
4. 4.Since the accommodation is limited, rooms will be allocated in preference basis only. i.e., Top preference will be given to the selected finalists of events.
5. 5.Participants should take printout of the confirmation mail for hospitality sent to them from hospitality@matrix13.com and bring it while coming for Matrix'13.
6. 6.Rooms will be provided only on receiving the printouts of the mail.
7. 7.Participants are required to take care of their belongings during their stay.
8. 8.The organizing committee will not be responsible for the loss of belongings of the participants.
9. 9.Due to limited accommodation, hospitality will not be provided for local participants.
10. 10.Participants are requested to abide by the rules of the hostel during their stay.
11. 11.If they are found to be violating the rules they will be asked to vacate immediately.
12. 12All participants are requested to obey the listed rules to help us serve you better.

NOTE:

Participants must have

1. Their original college ID card
2. Matrix'13 ID which will be provided on registering for events

The hospitality team will arrange for your accommodation, registration and food. Make good use of us so that you feel comfortable. We eagerly wait for your arrival.
